 Instructions And Introductions

Basicaly you Start as a Human and while making some quests and such getting
  used to the system,A soulreaper can
  come And Clean you to pass into Soulsociety.
  Once this is done youll get tp to Soulsociety
  And receive a BlazeRod See Section clean Bellow.
  You are gonna end up in RukonDistrict.
 
  Once you have a house there you can make several quests.
  once you have 10 GT at least you can start,
  the Academy missions where you will be ask
  to do various Test in order to get ur own,
  Zanpakuto. In a Certain 'SoulChamber'. see Section soulchamber Bellow;
And Section "How To Craft a Zanpakuto"

  To do so Follow the Academy Quests instructions and Admins.
  Meanwhile you will get to this SoulChamber,
  And there find secrets and solve puzzles,No one can Help others during that Test.
  to find ur own destiny.

  To Rank up you need Fame or Ghasttears Which can be
  Obtainable from various mobs and Quests ,Events.
  To craft a Zanpakuto you need Wisdom or "NetherWarts"
  Also Obtainable Via mobs and various quests.

Clean Section

Each time you clean a human to Pass to soulsociety the human has
   A BlazeRod that needs to give it to the soulreaper that have clean him.
  Here is the Counts:

    A admin that you have finish and
    ready to Craft your Zanpakuto :)! 

How To Craft Your Zanpakuto

First if you did not made the SoulChamber,
     Its useless you need to make it first read
     /news core Entirely
    
     Ok, now Grab a 

• 1- IronSword then

• 2- have Atleast 5 NW(netherWarts)

     in inventory and make sure your inventory isnt Full.

•      3-Type the name of the Zanpakuto You have choosen,

     From the ones that Admins told you.Like so; Example:
     /ms craft ZanpakutoAir
     Make sure that caps are there if there was in original name.

•      4-You done enjoy Ur freshly Newly crafted Zanpakuto!!!
